EXPLORE THE ESTATE
A collection of spaces designed for gathering.
CEREMONY BY THE POND
Nestled among mature trees and lush gardens, Fairview’s pondside ceremony space offers a setting that feels both intimate and expansive. Surrounded by nature and framed by thoughtfully curated landscapes, couples exchange vows beside the water while guests take in the quiet beauty of the estate. The experience feels effortless and romantic—an outdoor ceremony setting designed to feel elevated, timeless, and deeply connected to the land.
THE
GRAND
LIBRARY
Wrapped in warm rose gold ceilings and glowing wisteria-inspired chandeliers, the Grand Library is a richly layered gathering space designed for intimate micro weddings and candlelit dinners during the off-season, while throughout peak season it becomes a beautiful backdrop for rehearsal dinners, getting ready moments, and the quieter parts of the wedding weekend that couples often remember most.
THE
ESTATE
GROUNDS
Set across 35 acres, the grounds of Fairview blend natural beauty with architectural character and intentional design. Winding garden paths, open meadows, mature trees, and forested edges create endless opportunities for exploration, photography, and celebration.
Thoughtfully restored and design-forward, the estate offers a refined indoor-outdoor flow that allows guests to move seamlessly between historic interiors and expansive outdoor spaces. Every corner feels curated yet relaxed, creating an atmosphere that is editorial, bespoke, and unmistakably memorable.
CURATED
ACCOMMODATIONS
Designed with organic, nature-inspired palettes, vintage character, and quiet luxury in mind, the on-site accommodations at Fairview allow up to 10 guests to stay together throughout the wedding weekend—transforming the celebration into something more intimate, connected, and deeply personal. From slow mornings in the kitchen to late-night conversations after the music fades, the experience of sharing the estate together often becomes just as meaningful as the wedding itself.
