Do I need to have retreat-hosting experience?Not necessarily! Whether itโs your first retreat or your tenth, weโre happy to support you. Just share your vision and weโll go from there.

How many guests can I host?The farmhouse sleeps 8, but your retreat can include more guests if youโre planning day time events indoors, using the grounds, or our small tent. We partner with other local Airbnbโs to accommodate the logistics of larger groups receiving the wellness training.

Do you offer the hosts private accommodation and storage?Yes, our lower level is used as a wellness centre between bookings, and can quickly be converted for max 2 hosts, with 2 rollaway beds, with storage for their tools, instruments, or just needing private space for preparing for the next training. This charming private entrance space features flagstone floors, tons of natural light, desk, and cozy fireplace nook with seating.

Can I co-host or bring in other facilitators?Yes! Many of our most successful retreats are collaborations. Just let us know whoโs involved in your application.

Can I rent the space for a single day event or workshop?Absolutely. We offer weekday and weekend rates depending on your needsโjust let us know what you're planning.

CAN WE HOST AN INDOOR WEDDING?Yes, the indoor ballroom can accommodate up to 40 guests for both the ceremony and dining. For larger outdoor tented events, we can host up to 75 guests, with a future capacity of 100 guests in 2026.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE DECOR?Yes! We offer table scaping and event styling through our Fairview 1855 Design Team. If you wish to bring in additional decor, we partner with Special Event Rentals for an enhanced selection.

WHAT DOES THE 3-DAY RENTAL INCLUDE?The 3-day rental includes full access to the estate, including the Victorian farmhouse, ceremony locations, event furniture, and a commercial kitchen. It also includes parking for up to 36 vehicles and 8 spots for house guests.

WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?Our venue can host up to 75 guests for an outdoor tented event. If you prefer an indoor celebration, our elegant indoor space can accommodate up to 40 guests for both the ceremony and dining. In 2026, we will increase our capacity to 100 guests, offering even more flexibility for your special day.
