Fairview hosts celebrations of up to 100 guests. Many couples choose our estate because it offers a beautiful balance of intimacy and grandeur, allowing everyone to feel part of the celebration while still enjoying the full experience of the property. Our microwedding package for indoor celebrations can host up to 25 people. Both our packages in our pricing pdf have many helpful and beautiful inclusions.

Yes. Many couples choose to host their entire celebration at Fairview. The estate offers a variety of indoor and outdoor settings—from garden ceremonies by the pond to elegant indoor gatherings within the house—allowing the flow of the day to feel effortless for guests. Your included overnight stay of 3-days and 2-nights means the entire estate is yours for the weekend.

Fairview is a planner-required venue. We believe exceptional weddings are the result of thoughtful coordination, and working with an experienced planner ensures your day unfolds seamlessly for both you and your guests. We proudly collaborate with Tufts & Toile as our preferred planning partner, and they offer special rates to Fairview couples. Couples may also work with other professional planners with a small coordination fee.

Fairview works with a curated list of preferred caterers who know the estate well and consistently deliver excellent experiences for our couples. Outside caterers may also be considered with an approval and coordination fee so our team can ensure they are a good fit for the property. Caterers have full access to our catering kitchen. Ontario weather can be beautifully unpredictable, which is why Fairview offers multiple ceremony and reception locations across the estate. Your planner will work with you to create a thoughtful rain plan so that the day remains seamless and beautiful regardless of the forecast. Specifically, our heritage barn can fit 100 seated as an emergency rain plan, with a second set of chairs already set up to maintain ease should the weather not cooperate.

The estate includes 3-day 2-night overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests, making it a wonderful setting for close family or the wedding party to enjoy the weekend together.

Popular dates often reserve well in advance, particularly during peak wedding season. We recommend reaching out as soon as Fairview feels like the right place for your celebration so we can share current availability.

One of the things couples love about Fairview is that while the estate feels tucked away and private, your guests are only two minutes from the charming town of Ridgeway and the beautiful shores of Crystal Beach. Ridgeway is often described as feeling a bit like Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls—full of quaint independent shops, local cafés, and some truly incredible restaurants. Guests can spend the morning walking to coffee, browsing the boutiques, relaxing at the beach, and gathering again in the evening for dinner and drinks. Crystal Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Niagara region, making it perfect for a slow morning walk, a swim, or simply relaxing by the water before wedding festivities begin. For food lovers, the area is also home to Rizzo's House of Parm by Matty Matheson, which has been recognized as one of Canada’s notable restaurants and has become a destination in itself for many of our couples and their guests.
