The 3-day rental includes full access to the estate, including the Victorian farmhouse, sleep accommodations for 10 people, ceremony locations, and a commercial kitchen. It also includes parking for up to 36 vehicles. Gold Chiavari chairs and gold archway including setup is included in all of our tiered packages. Indoor or outdoor weddings depend on the package tier you select.

Yes, the indoor library can accommodate up to 40 guests for both the ceremony or dining. For larger outdoor tented events, we can host up to 100. Micro-wedding packages are available with our Tier 1 package in our pricing pdf.

Please note, Tier 1 indoor weekend micro-weddings booked between Nov 1st and April 30th receive a 15% discount.

The Victorian farmhouse comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with the bridal suite featuring its own private ensuite. This beautifully designed space offers the perfect retreat for the wedding party, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The garden level suite has 4 single beds, private restroom, private bar, seating, and private entrance/exit, perfect for groomsmen getting ready with direct access to the ceremony location. Super helpful to have both bride and groom getting ready in the same home, with no chance of a peek before it's time!

Our venue can host up to 100 guests for an outdoor tented event. If you prefer an indoor celebration, our elegant library can accommodate up to 40 guests for both ceremony and dining. The library can also serve as a rain free ceremony option for outdoor weddings.

Yes! We offer a list of trusted professionals as our preferred vendors for catering, photography, mobile bars, officiants, washroom trailers, and entertainment. Our vendor list is included in our pricing pdf.

Our Tier 1 indoor micro wedding includes pricing for full setup of chairs, tables, linens, dining ware, and simple decor.

For Tier 2 and 3 Packages, couples seem to ask for a prepared experience the night before their wedding for a rehearsal dinner. If you wish to host a more formal rehearsal dinner during your wedding weekend in the library, Fairview 1855 can provide a full rental of tables, chairs, linens, basic decor for up to 40 people. This would include set up and tear down for the rental.
