Veronica is a Certified Sound Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist specializing in sound meditations, wellness retreats, and stress resilience practices throughout the Niagara Region.
This immersive session begins with a gentle introduction to sound meditation, followed by a guided body scan, and then flows into a deeply relaxing sound journey. Participants are invited to lay down or sit comfortably while Veronica uses a variety of sound tools to guide you into a meditative state.
